"If ye love me, keep my commandments."We demonstrate our love for God when we do what He asks us to do. If we struggle to understand why a specific commandment has been given to us, we can demonstrate our faith by choosing to live it anyway.
Greater blessings and peace await those who keep the commandments. God grants power to those who keep the commandments. President Ezra Taft Benson promised:
"When obedience ceases to be an irritant and becomes our quest, in that moment God will endow us with power."Choose to live the commandments, even if you don't understand why you should. As you act in faith, Heavenly Father will bless you tremendously.
